Second Chance

Second Chance takes the reader to a "second chance" school with a teenage mum. She talks matter-of-factly and unromantically about what it means to have a baby when you are a teenager ­ and about how she is making the most of her second chance at schooling.

The book is useful as a guided resource for years 7-10 students, and as independent reading for at-risk students.
