Go, You Beauty!

Go, You Beauty is the true story of a student, herself a reluctant reader, who was crazy about horses. She left school and worked at a racing stables, and was given a retired racehorse. She trained the horse and entered it an the Castle Point Beach Race ­ and won.

The book appeals particularly to girls, especially those who have wanted a horse. It includes useful information on the practical aspects and costs of owning a horse.
